By accessing or booking with The Deer Meadows, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking Policy

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Advance payment may be required to secure reservations.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 12:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made via authorized payment methods.
• Refunds follow the cancellation policy applicable at booking time.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests must respect resort property, staff, and fellow guests.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service in case of misconduct.

5. Property & Liability

• The Deer Meadows is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
• Guests are liable for damages caused to resort property.

6. Safety Guidelines

• Guests must follow safety instructions, especially during forest or outdoor activities.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Tamil Nadu.
